At Abode Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled state to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes; for large furniture pieces, our team will contact you to schedule a professional curbside pickup.

  Inspection Process

  Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our resale standards and is free of damage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
